1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of What'sOnTbilisi ("What'sOnTbilisi," "we," "us," or "our"), including our web app, mobile app, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You agree not to share your account, impersonate others, or access accounts you do not own.

3. Platform Usage Rules

What'sOnTbilisi is an activity discovery and social platform. You may use features such as creating activities, participating in activities, posting activity updates, following users, reacting, commenting, saving activities/posts, and receiving notifications.

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Respect other users, hosts, and participants.
• Do not interfere with Service security, performance, or availability.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, automate abuse, or bypass platform restrictions.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, including activity details, comments, images, profile content, and feed posts ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant What'sOnTbilisi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to post your User Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Behavior and Content

You may not use the Service to post, share, or promote content that:

• Is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, or abusive.
• Is hateful, discriminatory, harassing, sexually explicit, or exploitative.
• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Contains malware, phishing, scams, or spam.
• Publishes private personal information without authorization.
• Misrepresents activity details (including date, location, host, or entry conditions).

6. Moderation and Enforcement

We may review, remove, restrict, or disable access to any account or content that we believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or platform safety requirements. We may take these actions with or without advance notice.

Enforcement actions may include warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.

7. Activity Hosting and Participation Responsibility

Hosts are solely responsible for the activities they create, including accuracy, legality, safety, permissions, and compliance with local requirements. Participants attend and engage at their own risk.

What'sOnTbilisi does not organize, supervise, guarantee, or insure user-created activities unless explicitly stated.

8. Activity Changes and Cancellations

Activity details can change at any time (including timing, location, availability, fees, or cancellation status). Hosts are responsible for updates and cancellations. We are not liable for losses, expenses, or inconvenience caused by activity edits, no-shows, cancellations, or inaccurate details.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, logos, and non-user content, is owned by What'sOnTbilisi or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed in these Terms, you may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Service.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account when needed to protect users, enforce these Terms, investigate abuse, comply with legal obligations, or maintain platform integrity.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, What'sOnTbilisi disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, What'sOnTbilisi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services (such as Supabase, Cloudflare R2, Google Maps, Expo, Resend, Sentry, and hosting providers). Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting us. These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted, unless a later date is stated. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
